Single-ply membrane roofing systems are durable, flexible, and long lasting. We are fully licensed installers of Firestone EPDM and TPO membrane roofing. BRSM has been installing single ply roofing since its inception in the 1980s. It was created as an alternative to hot, asphalt roofing and has since become the standard for low slope roofs.
EPDM
EPDM is a black, synthetic rubber and is the most popular low slope single-ply roofing material. It can maintain its strength over time and is resistant to UV rays and thermal shock.
TPO
TPO roofing is a combination of plastic and rubber. It's flexible, cost-effective, and comes in a variety of thicknesses and a limited selection of colors.
